Its molecular formular is C6H5O7Fe.5H2O and molecular weight is 335.03. Ferric Citrate can dissolved in acidic solvents which is acidity.It can revert to Critric Acid Ferrous after influencing by light and hot gradually. The speed is slow if it is dissolved into water. It is easily dissolved into water but not in alcohol.
