Ferrous Gluconate property: it is yellow and gray powder. It is odorless and subsaline. Its molecular formular is C12H22FeO14.2H2O and molecular weight is 482.

Ferrous Gluconate application: it is widely used in food, bevetage, medicine, salt, health careproducts, etc. As food additive, the adding amount of Ferrous Gluconate: 200-400mg in cereal and cereal product, 80-160mg in beverage, 400-800mg in dairy product and nurseling food, 4800-6000mg in table salt and bonbon.
